1. General Business Terms
All business undertaken by Kingsley Avenue Ltd is transacted subject to the Standard Trading Conditions of the British International Freight Association (BIFA), current edition. A copy of these conditions is available upon request.
2. Quotations
Quotations are given on the basis of immediate acceptance and are subject to withdrawal or revision. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we shall be after acceptance at liberty to revise quotations or charges with or without notice in the event of changes occurring in currency exchange rates, rates of freight, insurance premiums or any charges applicable to the goods.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Customer warrants that the description and particulars of any goods furnished by or on behalf of the Customer are full and accurate. The Customer warrants that all goods have been properly and sufficiently prepared, packed, stowed, labelled and/or marked.
4. Liability & Insurance
We shall perform our duties with a reasonable degree of care, diligence, skill and judgment. However, our liability for loss or damage is limited under standard trading conditions. We strongly recommend that customers arrange adequate cargo insurance.
5. Governing Law
These conditions and any act or contract to which they apply shall be governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of any act or contract to which these Conditions apply shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
